Frequently Asked Questions

Questions?

Choosing a health clinic is one of the most important decisions you’ll ever make. We know you have questions. Here we provide some answers to common ones. If you don’t see your answer here, feel free to contact us any time.

Should I come to your clinic even though I have insurance?

Yes, anybody with insurance is welcome at our clinic and encouraged to come! The fee we charge is for the consultation. Please be aware that labs, imaging, diagnostic tests, and prescriptions will add separate, additional costs. However, these extra costs may be covered by insurance, depending on your individual plan and benefits. If you would like to file a claim, you will be provided the necessary information to do so on your own.

Can you prescribe medicine and order tests?

Yes. Brandon Cunningham is a licensed Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with Prescriptive Authority. He can prescribe any medication deemed necessary and safe. He can also order labs to check your blood, and diagnostic tests such as x-rays, MRIs, CTs, ultrasounds, etc.

What is your appointment no-show, late arrival, and cancellation policy??

Bridging Health Clinic is committed to providing quality care to every patient and reserves a pre-scheduled time for everyone who has made an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment (for either office visit or telehealth), we kindly ask that you contact us within 48 hours of your appointment time. Failure to provide a 48-hour notice may result in an administrative fee of $50 per occurrence.

Which insurances do you accept?

We do not accept any insurance. We are a fee-for-service clinic and do not bill any insurance.

What if I have Medicare insurance? Will that be accepted?

No. We have chosen to opt-out of the Medicare program, but you are welcome to receive care with us under a private contract. Understand that you have the right to obtain care from a provider who does participate with Medicare. Please see our Medicare Private Contract for more information.

What if I need to see a specialist?

We are happy to refer you to any specialist you may need.

How much does a medical visit cost?

The cost of a visit will vary depending on the type of care needed, but will typically start at $50. Please see our clinical pricing for more details.

Will I be charged extra, or are there hidden costs?

We will make our best efforts to be transparent with you regarding the cost of your visit. If we realize there will be an extra cost associated with your visit, then we will discuss your options.
