Yoga for All is a fun exploration of Yoga for all shapes, sizes, skills, and age. It is thorough, easy, and fun. Students will begin to learn the basic positions of Yoga and how they connect with their bodies. Come and see how Yoga can help you release stress and tension while softening the stiffnesses of the body.
Price: $15.00 per class for drop-ins.
