Kinetic Kickboxing involves circuit training that will focus on core, stability, agility, and strengthening workouts to improve balance and overall neuromuscular communication (nerve and muscle communication). Stations incorporate lower-impact techniques and accommodate all fitness levels. Includes a warm-up and cool-down with stretches. Exercises can be tailored to individual skills and level of fitness.
Price: $15.00 per class for drop-ins.
