Success in running can be defined in a myriad of ways, but ultimately, all of those definitions are rooted in consistency. Consistency can be threatened by many aspects in your life. Gain knowledge on how to accept where you are, make the appropriate steps to bridge your current self to where you imagine success lies, and ensure your tools, gear, and environment will support your success. In this 90-minute clinic, you can expect to learn how to train yourself sustainably, read body signals, acquire local resources to help support your goals, and gain immediate running form feedback from a certified running and nutrition health coach at the end of class. Come prepared to run for 3-4 minutes at the end.
You will receive the presentation after the class is over, and you are also encouraged to take personal notes on the handout provided.
