We all need a break from the hustle and bustle of life. Learn techniques to deal with chronic stress and anxiety through art therapy. In our class, Molly will be teaching a hands-on guide to use coloring as a means of mindfulness and meditation. Included in the class are a coloring book page and a set of colored pencils to get you started. Molly has designed four adult coloring books, Healing Botanicals, Healing Botanicals Part II, Native Virginia Flowers, and Plan | Rest | Repeat (A monthly and weekly 12-month planner with coloring pages throughout). She also creates botanical themed artwork and acrylic paintings along with soy wax candles.
